On Friday, June 16th we were visited by 16 gifted students from the University at Buffalo’s Social Impact Fellowship. The SIF prepares students to address societal issues using principles of entrepreneurship and sustainable social innovation. You can learn about the program here: http://www.buffalo.edu/content/www/entrepreneurship/programs/social-impact.html
The students were able to tour the plant with Bob, Cliff, Mark, and Carl. Then, Bob gave them a presentation on our successes working with Burmese refugees, offering food for thought on how to apply what we did and do to their efforts in the workplace and the community.
